Visit Orlando has introduced an artificial intelligence-powered itinerary planner for travel advisors through its Orlando Travel Academy platform. The new tool, named the Orlando Travel Academy Itinerary Builder, is available to graduates of the academy and is designed to help travel advisors create personalized, multi-day itineraries for clients visiting Orlando.

Casandra Matej, president and CEO of Visit Orlando, said, “Travel advisors are instrumental in shaping how travelers experience Orlando. This new AI-powered Itinerary Builder allows them to turn their knowledge from the Orlando Travel Academy into customized trip ideas in minutes, equipping them with inspiration and insights to share with clients.”

The itinerary builder uses course content from the Travel Academy to generate itineraries that include recommended attractions, lodging options, and experiences unique to Orlando. Advisors can produce visually detailed, map-supported itineraries that are downloadable or shareable within minutes. These itineraries feature advisor branding to support personalized communication with clients. The tool is exclusively for travel advisors, ensuring they remain central in planning and advising their clients.

Orlando Travel Academy offers comprehensive training on all aspects of visiting Orlando. Advisors who complete the program become certified as “Orlando Travel Experts.”

Visit Orlando serves as the official tourism association for the city and represents over 1,600 member companies across Central Florida’s tourism sector. The organization works globally to market and promote Orlando as a destination for both leisure and business travel.
