Patients in Flagler County now have more options for urology care with the addition of Dr. Arnaldo Trabucco to AdventHealth Medical Group. Dr. Trabucco, who has over 35 years of experience and is board-certified, will be seeing patients at AdventHealth Palm Coast.

AdventHealth Medical Group includes nearly 450 physicians and advanced practice providers across Flagler, Lake, and Volusia counties. In 2024, this network handled over one million patient visits in 30 different specialties.

Dr. Trabucco treats a variety of conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system. His expertise covers kidney stones, cancers of the kidney and bladder, enlarged prostate (BPH), erectile dysfunction, neurogenic bladder, and he offers minimally invasive surgical procedures aimed at reducing pain and recovery time.

“I come from a long ancestry of doctors in my family — since the 1400s — who have dedicated our lives to serving the community,” Trabucco said. “That sense of calling is what drives me today, making sure patients get timely access to the care they need.”

The arrival of Dr. Trabucco addresses a significant need in Flagler County where about one-third of residents are over age 65. According to AdventHealth’s 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment, recruiting specialists is part of their strategy to meet current and future health needs.

“Bringing physicians like Dr. Trabucco to our community helps shorten wait times for patients and expands the options for advanced care,” said Denyse Bales-Chubb, President and CEO for AdventHealth Flagler and St. Johns market. “Our neighbors shouldn’t have to delay important treatment because specialists are hard to reach. His expertise helps ensure patients can be seen and treated sooner.”

Dr. Trabucco completed his medical training at several institutions: a urology residency at University of Nebraska Medical Center; general surgery residency at St. Mary’s Hospital (Yale) in Connecticut; internship at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in New York; medical degree from University of Rome School of Medicine and Surgery Sapiensa; fellowship in integrative medicine at University of Arizona Medical Center.

His previous roles include Chief of Urology at The Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in New York as well as Associate Professor at University of Nevada School of Medicine. He speaks English, Spanish, and Italian fluently.

AdventHealth Orlando was established in Orlando, Florida in 1908 with Terry Shaw as its current president (https://www.adventhealth.com/hospital/adventhealth-orlando). The hospital has a pediatric ward and serves as a training facility.

Appointments with Dr. Trabucco can be made by calling 386-586-1705 or visiting him at AdventHealth Medical Group Urology on Hospital Drive in Palm Coast.
