Several South Florida real estate firms have announced new leadership appointments and broker moves.
United Capital, based in Miami Beach, has named Adam Lipkin as managing director of capital markets. According to the company, Lipkin will be responsible for overseeing capital solutions for both United Capital’s portfolio and its clients. Lipkin previously served as vice president at Greystone Capital Advisors for nearly four years and has closed more than $3.2 billion in transactions across commercial asset classes. He is also the founder of the C-PACE Guy and specializes in C-PACE financing solutions.
SVN Commercial Partners, located in Boca Raton, appointed Scott R. Maesel as interim team leader for its retail, office, and industrial group. Maesel is a managing partner at SVN Commercial Partners and formerly led SVN Chicago Commercial. He has been with the firm for almost 18 years.
Damac selected Tara West from Douglas Elliman as director of sales for Delmore, an ultra-luxury condominium project planned for the Champlain Towers site in Surfside. Ryan and Max Farbstein were also named agents for this project.
Identical twin sisters Jasmine Dorev and Jessica Miranda-Lantigua joined Douglas Elliman as the Miranda Sisters Group. They will work out of the brokerage’s Boca Raton office after previously founding The Island Your Real Estate Company on Fisher Island.
Lisandra Martinez has left Compass to join Barnes International Realty in Miami Beach, where she will lead the Mansions Group. She was a member of the Chad Carroll Group for nearly eight years.
