UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has announced the addition of Dr. Mansi Patel, DO, to its primary care team at 6084 S. Archer Avenue in Chicago.

Dr. Patel will provide care for patients of all ages, focusing on building strong relationships with her patients to create collaborative care plans. Her clinical interests include preventive care, women’s health, and continuity of care.

Dr. Patel received her medical degree from Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth La Grange Family Medicine. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of both the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Practice.

She is currently accepting new patients. For appointments or more information, individuals can visit the medical group’s website or call the office.

AdventHealth Orlando, located in Orlando, Florida, was established in 1908 and serves as a training hospital with a pediatric ward. Its current president is Terry Shaw.
