Old Town in Kissimmee has introduced new attractions and dining options in 2025. The district, which has operated for more than three decades as a destination for shopping, food, and entertainment, marked its 35th anniversary of the Saturday Night Classic Car Show and Cruise this March. In April, Old Town hosted its first Easter Bunny meet and greet event.
A notable addition is Maw’s Mountain Moonshine, which opened in February. This establishment is the area’s first craft cocktail distillery. It offers guests a variety of experiences, including ticketed moonshine tastings at a dedicated counter and custom cocktails prepared by mixologists. The store also sells mason jars filled with different proof levels of moonshine in flavors such as Apple Pie, Peach Cobbler, and Blueberry Muffin. On select weekends, live country music performances take place outside the store.
Another recent opening is Tacos Padrisimo, which began serving customers in April. Previously known as a local food truck and Winter Garden restaurant, Tacos Padrisimo is recognized for using fresh ingredients to prepare Mexican dishes like birria tacos, carne asada tacos, tacos al pastor, quesadillas, burritos, flautas, elotes, esquites, and tamales.
According to Old Town’s description on its website (www.myoldtownusa.com), the area was built in 1986 to recreate a classic Florida town from the turn of the century.
