The tower, located at 555 North Miami Avenue, is expected to rise 70 stories and will include a Hilton hotel with 316 rooms, 236 condo-hotel units, 163 condos, 80,000 square feet of amenities, and 60,000 square feet of office space. Sadov joined Fortune Development Sales in June. His previous roles include sales director positions at Cervera Real Estate and Compass. He has also worked on projects such as Paramount Miami Worldcenter, Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach, Aventura ParkSquare, and One Bal Harbour.

Okan Group began sales for the project in 2020 but paused during the pandemic before relaunching in 2021.
