Niki Romine, a certified nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner, has joined AdventHealth Medical Group OB/GYN at Curtis Parkway in Calhoun. She brings qualifications from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky, where she earned her Master of Science in Nurse Midwifery and Nurse Practitioner. Romine is certified by both the American Midwifery Certification Board and the National Certification Corporation.
Romine stated her approach to care: “Romine enjoys helping empower women through shared decision-making in all stages of womanhood. Her desire is to provide a safe space where her patients feel heard and respected. She works collaboratively with you and a multidisciplinary team to accomplish your desired treatment goals with care and compassion.”
AdventHealth Orlando, located in Orlando, Florida, was established in 1908. The hospital operates a pediatric ward and serves as a training facility under the leadership of its current president Terry Shaw.
