AdventHealth has announced the addition of Dr. Ramona Dagostine, MD, FACOG, to its medical team at AdventHealth Medical Group Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hendersonville. The new location is focused on providing comprehensive women’s health care for the Hendersonville community.

Dr. Dagostine brings over 20 years of experience as a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, previously serving patients in Charleston, West Virginia. She is recognized for her commitment to long-term patient relationships and whole-person care throughout all stages of life.

Her educational background includes a medical degree from Marshall University School of Medicine and an OB-GYN residency at West Virginia University. Dr. Dagostine has received several honors for her surgical abilities and dedication to teaching. She is an active member of professional organizations such as ACOG and the American Institute of Minimally Invasive Surgery.

Dr. Dagostine emphasizes collaboration with her patients when making health decisions. “My approach to taking care of my patients has always been a very personal one,” Dr. Dagostine says. “I like to get to know them, and I like them to get to know me. I always take my time and believe in a shared decision-making process.”

Her services include full-spectrum obstetrical and gynecological care, endometriosis management, PCOS treatment, minimally invasive surgery, outpatient hysterectomies, high-risk pregnancy care, infertility treatment, and in-office procedures.

“The message I want to send patients, colleagues and guests that are trusting me with their care/leadership is that for more than 26 years, I have had the privilege of walking with women through some of the most meaningful and vulnerable moments in their lives,” Dr. Dagostine shares. “I truly care about my patients, their families and my colleagues and will work tirelessly to provide the best care possible.”

Dr. Dagostine expressed enthusiasm about joining AdventHealth and continuing her focus on compassionate patient-centered care.

The new practice is located at 27 Doctors Drive in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
