Chuck Bonfiglio has been named president of Florida Realtors for 2026. Bonfiglio, who owns AAA Realty Group in Plantation, previously held positions as treasurer, vice president, and president-elect at the organization. As president, he will represent over 230,000 realtors statewide and plans to focus on issues such as taxes, insurance, and housing affordability.
CBRE has appointed Christine Jarro as director of property management in South Florida. Jarro joins from Cushman & Wakefield where she was an associate director for nearly three years. At CBRE, she will oversee management of 13 million square feet across office, retail, and industrial properties in the tri-county area.
Township Capital in Palm Beach has promoted Jonathan Sparacio to chief operating officer. Sparacio joined Township Capital as director of finance in 2024 and will now be responsible for financial strategy, capital planning, and operational infrastructure at the firm. The company is led by founder and CEO Matthew Gorelik and manages a portfolio that covers multiple asset classes throughout the United States.
The Keyes Company announced that Landmark IV Group—formerly known as Landmark IV Realty—has joined its Hollywood office. Landmark IV was established in 1980 by Janie Berman and her daughter Amy Berman.
Dawn McKenna of Coldwell Banker Realty is expanding her team’s presence along 30A and Destin on Florida’s Emerald Coast. New agents joining include Bonnie Hall—who has worked with Coldwell Banker since 2012—and Maria McKenna. Their service areas now cover Fort Walton Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Panama City Beach. Property prices along 30A have seen significant increases recently; last month a beachfront teardown sold for $41 million—a new record for the area.
In other brokerage news, BI Group selected One Sotheby’s International Realty to broker its Parkside project: an eight-story condo-hotel with 187 units planned for Brickell.
Brown Harris Stevens continues to grow its South Florida team by bringing on the Arca Group—a four-agent team consisting of Jenny Gonzalez, Rocio Useche, Adriana Sanchez, and Diana Yocum—from Engel & Völkers to its Continuum office. The group’s combined career sales volume exceeds $600 million.
