Jade Signature penthouse leads weekly condo sales in Miami-Dade

Condo sales in Miami-Dade County decreased during the week of August 4 to August 10, with brokers closing 80 deals totaling $82.3 million. This marks a decline from the previous week, which saw 97 sales amounting to $104.6 million.

The average price per unit dropped to $1,028,539 compared to $1,078,191 the prior week. The average price per square foot also fell slightly to $563 from $570, according to data from Redfin.

Among the top transactions, prices ranged between $1.7 million and $14.8 million. The highest sale was for unit #5103 at Jade Signature, located at 16901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. This unit sold for $14.8 million, or $2,605 per square foot, after spending 91 days on the market.

The second-highest transaction was at Oceanside on Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach. Unit #7255 closed for $9 million, or $2,866 per square foot.

Other notable sales included units at Cape Florida Club in Key Biscayne and Epic West in Miami.
