The St. Pete-Clearwater region has received notable recognition in the 2025 Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards, with two Clearwater Beach properties ranking at the top of the list for resorts in Florida.

The Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa was named the number one resort in Florida, while the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa followed closely behind in second place. Both properties were highlighted under the Top Resorts in Florida category.

Additionally, The Don CeSar, a historic hotel in the area, was recognized as well, securing ninth place among the Top 10 Hotels in Florida.

These awards further reinforce St. Pete-Clearwater’s reputation for quality accommodations and its appeal as a travel destination known for its beaches and culinary offerings.
