The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) will convene a Commission Conference on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in Tallahassee. The meeting will take place at the Betty Easley Conference Center in the Joseph P. Cresse Hearing Room.

Following the conference and an Internal Affairs meeting, the FPSC will hold a Cost Recovery Clauses hearing. During this proceeding, commissioners will review cost recovery for Florida’s investor-owned utilities. The issues to be discussed include fuel, conservation, environmental, capacity, purchased gas, and storm protection plan costs. The hearing will also address projected recovery factors for 2026 and reconcile actual amounts for 2024 and 2025.

Public comment may be taken on any item listed for public participation during the conference. Those interested in participating are encouraged to contact the FPSC’s Office of General Counsel at 850-413-6199.

If necessary, the hearing may continue from November 5 through November 7 at the same location.

A live broadcast of both the Commission Conference and Hearing will be available online via the FPSC website by clicking “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events.” Coverage may also be provided by the Florida Channel depending on local listings.
