Film Florida has announced its next quarterly meeting will take place on December 11 and 12, 2025, in Orlando. The event will be held at Eola View, located at 150 E. Central Blvd. A hotel block is available for attendees at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown, which is a short walk from the meeting venue.
The schedule includes committee and council meetings for Film Florida members on Thursday, followed by an evening networking event hosted by Women in Film & Television Florida. On Friday, a continental breakfast will be provided for members before the Board of Directors meeting, which is open to the public.
Attendees are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy or gift to donate to a Central Florida organization during the holiday season. A 50/50 raffle will also be held, with proceeds split between the winner and Film Florida’s grant and scholarship fund. Tickets can be purchased in person or virtually.
Virtual participation via Zoom is available for those unable to attend in person. Members interested in joining remotely are asked to contact info@filmflorida.org for call-in details.
Hotel rooms at Embassy Suites can be reserved at a group rate of $199 per night plus taxes until November 19, 2025, or until rooms sell out. The hotel offers amenities such as a pool, fitness center, complimentary evening reception, and daily cooked-to-order breakfast.
Non-members interested in participating in member-only meetings are invited to join Film Florida through their membership process.
