Daytona Aquarium announces rainforest exhibit grand opening on July 24

The Daytona Aquarium & Rainforest Adventure will hold a grand opening ceremony for its new Rainforest exhibit on Thursday, July 24. The event is scheduled to take place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the aquarium’s location in Daytona Beach.

To mark the occasion, visitors who arrive between 9:15 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. will have the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets for $15 per person. These day passes are valid throughout the day, with regular admission hours running from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Educational presentations are planned at several times during the day: 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. Shark Talks will also be held at noon, 1:45 p.m., 2:45 p.m., and 3:45 p.m.

The aquarium is open daily from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m., with last admission at 5:15 p.m.
