AdventHealth has announced that Aimee White, MSN, CNM, a board-certified nurse midwife, has joined the Primary Care Clinic Women’s Department. White brings experience in women’s health and is committed to patient wellness.
White began her path toward midwifery at age 20 during a mission trip to Zimbabwe, where she observed the challenges faced by women in underserved communities. This experience led her to dedicate her career to caring for women of all ages.
She holds a master’s degree in nursing from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky, and is certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board. Her areas of expertise include prenatal and postpartum care, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, intrapartum care, vaginal deliveries, IUD insertion and removal, and well-woman care.
According to AdventHealth: “Beyond her clinical expertise, Aimee is known for her compassionate approach and servant’s heart. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where every patient feels safe and supported. Her care philosophy centers on nurturing each woman’s wholeness in body, mind, and spirit—helping her live life to the fullest.”
Outside of work, White enjoys family activities such as crocheting, singing, reading, participating with her daughters’ Girl Scout troop, and hiking.
AdventHealth encourages patients seeking more information or wishing to schedule an appointment with White to contact the Primary Care Clinic Women’s Department or visit ManchesterWomens.com.
