In a recent episode of the Inspiring Wholeness podcast, Dr. Justin Emtage, a urologist at AdventHealth Winter Park, addressed important topics in men’s health. The discussion covered cancer risks, detection and treatment options, as well as stress management strategies.

Dr. Emtage highlighted the prevalence of prostate cancer among men. “It’s so common people think that if men were to live to 120, every single man would develop prostate cancer at some point throughout their life,” he said. “The nice thing to know about it is it’s very treatable — but only when it’s caught early. Finding prostate cancer early is the name of the game for us.”

He encouraged listeners to be proactive about their health and seek regular screenings.

AdventHealth Orlando, located in Orlando, Florida, was established in 1908 and serves as both a pediatric and training hospital under the leadership of President Terry Shaw.

Listeners are invited to subscribe to the Inspiring Wholeness podcast for more discussions on health topics.
