Isaac Sendros, president and CEO of AdventHealth Georgia and AdventHealth Redmond, welcomed team members to the annual Milestone Service Awards on October 21. The event recognized staff who have reached service milestones ranging from five to thirty-five years.
Sendros addressed attendees by emphasizing the value of each year spent at the organization. “Every year of service is a testament to dedication, compassion, and a commitment to Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ,” he said.
Hospital leadership and employees gathered to celebrate those who have served both AdventHealth Redmond and the Rome community. The awards highlighted efforts to treat patients as whole persons—addressing body, mind, and spirit.
Honorees included dozens of staff members across multiple departments. Employees were recognized for five, ten, fifteen, twenty, twenty-five, thirty, and thirty-five years of service. Names such as Julia E Bailey (5 years), Justin W Abernathy (10 years), Amber Bell (15 years), Debbie B Ashley (20 years), Heather E Bollen (25 years), Kelley A Pope (30 years), and Katina Lynn Baldwin (35 years) were among those acknowledged.
AdventHealth operates several hospitals in different locations. For example, AdventHealth Orlando was founded in 1908 in Orlando, Florida. Its current president is Terry Shaw. The hospital includes a pediatric ward and serves as a training facility.
The Milestone Service Awards are part of ongoing efforts by AdventHealth Redmond to recognize employee contributions within its healthcare system.
