AdventHealth Orlando has released the second edition of its Community Wholeness Report, which showcases how its staff, physicians, and nonprofit partners are working to support community health.

The report includes stories about medical innovations that help patients recover more quickly, profiles of local nonprofits providing care outside the hospital setting, and details on investments in specialty care. These efforts aim to ensure that residents of Central Florida have access to advanced medical services without needing to travel outside the region.

In a statement accompanying the release, AdventHealth Orlando said: “We’re humbled by the impact of this work across our region, honored by the trust patients place in us and inspired to keep finding new ways to bring our mission to life.”

AdventHealth Orlando is based in Orlando, Florida and was established in 1908. The hospital is led by President Terry Shaw. It features a pediatric ward and serves as a training hospital.
