AdventHealth Medical Group will open a new primary and urgent care clinic in Summerville, Georgia, on February 16. The facility, located at 9777 Rome Boulevard, aims to provide both primary care and urgent medical services for residents of Chattooga County.
The clinic will offer a range of services including family primary care, occupational health, workers’ compensation, and school health programs. Walk-in and same-day appointments are available. Care at the new location will be provided by nurse practitioners Christie Tankersley and Anna Nicole Herring.
“AdventHealth Medical Group is committed to expanding access to whole-person care in Northwest Georgia. With this new location, high-quality, compassionate care will be more accessible, helping families in Chattooga County live healthier and feel whole,” the organization stated.
AdventHealth Orlando, which was founded in 1908 and is based in Orlando, Florida, serves as a training hospital with a pediatric ward. Its current president is Terry Shaw.
