AdventHealth Medical Group has announced the addition of Lauren Patton, PA-C, to its team at Southeastern Orthopedics and Spine | AdventHealth in Hendersonville. Patton is a certified physician assistant who will focus on providing orthopedic care to the local community.
Patton expressed her motivation for joining the field, stating, “I believe health care chose me. My journey started in high school when I worked as a dietary aide in a skilled nursing facility. I loved talking with and caring for the residents, and that experience sparked my passion for helping others.”
Her approach emphasizes compassion and collaboration. “I keep an open mind and encourage patients to express their needs freely,” she said. “I listen actively and support them in ways that respect their individuality and beliefs.” Patton also highlighted her dedication to teamwork: “I may not always know the answer immediately, but I will always listen, research, collaborate and refer when needed to ensure every patient receives the best, most thorough care possible.”
