AdventHealth Manchester has named Zeah Schlisner as its new Chief Financial Officer. Schlisner brings over two decades of experience in healthcare finance to the role, having worked in various settings including short-term and long-term acute care, private equity startups, and physician-owned practices.
Schlisner comes to AdventHealth Manchester from Denver, Colorado, where she lived with her family for 19 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska. With 13 years spent in leadership positions, she has overseen several transformative initiatives throughout her career.
“I bring a deep understanding of healthcare and a commitment to listening and learning,” Schlisner said. “My goal is to build strong relationships across departments and align our financial strategies with the hospital’s mission and 2026 goals.”
Schlisner emphasizes collaboration and plans to meet with department leaders during her first three months on the job to learn about their priorities for the coming year. She acknowledged challenges ahead, especially regarding reimbursement complexities, but expressed confidence in the Manchester team’s dedication.
Outside of work, Schlisner enjoys sewing, reading, hiking, cooking, and supporting her children’s activities.
