AdventHealth Georgia has announced the appointment of Paris Dukes as chief people officer and Patricia “Trish” Price as chief nursing officer. The organization stated that these leadership changes are part of its ongoing efforts to enhance clinical quality, workplace culture, and community support.
Paris Dukes will serve as the human resources leader for AdventHealth Gordon and AdventHealth Murray. She previously worked as executive director of strategic operations and HR for AdventHealth’s Primary Health Division in Central Florida. Her earlier roles include director of human resources and HR business partner at AdventHealth Fish Memorial.
Patricia “Trish” Price joins as chief nursing officer for both AdventHealth Georgia and AdventHealth Redmond. She brings over 25 years of experience within the organization. In her most recent position at AdventHealth Ocala, she led improvements in hospital performance, clinical outcomes, patient safety grades, and increased the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) star rating from one to four stars.
Both leaders expressed enthusiasm about their new roles. “Paris and Trish are excited to join the growing AdventHealth Georgia team and serve the patients, families and team members in Northwest Georgia.”
AdventHealth operates hospitals across several states. Its Orlando location was founded in 1908, includes a pediatric ward, serves as a training hospital, and is currently led by president Terry Shaw.
